“I had a roof leak in a home that’s under 3 years old. I called many places and understandably they wouldn’t be able to come out till later in the week due to all the recent rain. I called A&S Construction and Sandra was wonderful. Very kind and honest about potentially being able to get someone out the next day.. Well, Sandra called me 30 minutes later saying she could get someone out today. They made the time for an active leak knowing more rain was on the way. Her worker was kind and very thorough while trying to locate the exact leak and why it’s leaking in the first place. Sandra explained what was found, how to fix it, why it should be fixed that way and a quote. I was able to get my roof fixed the same day. Photos of the leak and the final fix was also provided to me. It was a great experience working with A&S construction. I’m extremely grateful that I only had water leaking from my ceiling for such a short amount of time before getting it fixed, all thanks to A&S. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for honesty, promptness and professionalism!”

“I hired A&S construction to complete a roof inspection on my new townhome, due to a general concern of craftsmanship on the builder’s behalf. Sandra responded promptly and was so flexible about scheduling a time for the inspection that worked best for me. She was excellent communicating on the day of the inspection. knowledgeable and an overall joy to work with. We had our roof completely replaced due to the roof leaking from a storm. We live in Downtown Frederick in the historic district so it can be a hassle to get repairs done to our house but Sandra was with us every step of the way. She and her team finished the entire roof within 8 hours which was amazing!! She was on-site the entire time overseeing everything. There were some major repairs we had to make and they managed to fix those right on the spot. The service was above and beyond from cleaning the gutters, the streets and even my neighbors patios. You really won’t find better caring and professional team who know what they are doing in Downtown Frederick!”

“We needed our roof replaced, and Sandra and her team were everything we could have wished for. First, Sandra responded promptly when we called. She came out and gave us an estimate, was kind and personable, and made sure we understood what she was telling us by showing us pictures of the damage on our roof. Despite supply shortages everywhere around the country, she was able to get the supplies needed. Her team was on time and were all careful of our newly-installed landscaping. While they were doing repairs they took pictures to show us additional damage they found, and fixed them that very day. “Just had the roof replaced on our house yesterday and I was totally impressed. Sandra said the guys would be here at 7 am and they arrived at 6:45 and instantly went to work. I used to do general construction for a living so I am quite particular about any work that i have done, that being said everything was done to perfection and the roof looks awesome . initially we had a small issue with the fact that shingle manufacturers are not making all the colors that they used to, I had an old piece of the original and Sandra matched it perfectly. If you are looking to have a new roof installed I would definitely use A&S again.”
